Job summary

Viq Apparel Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an Operations Assistant cum Driver in Ipoh to support logistics, loading/unloading, and daily shop-floor activities.

A valid Class D driving license is required; a GDL license is preferred, with training provided if not held. Willingness to travel outstation and across states when required. You should be responsible, punctual, able to work independently or in a team, and prepared for overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification is SPM or equivalent.
• Valid driving license (Class D or relevant).
• GDL license is preferred; training will be provided if not held.
• Willing to travel outstation and work in different states when required.
• Experience as a driver or general worker is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work beyond working hours when required.
• Travel allowance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
• Ensure goods are handled properly during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle.
• Ensure factory cleanliness and proper organization.
• Assist in general operational tasks as assigned.
• Support daily company activities and ensure smooth operation.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Pick-up & drop-off of visitors/ directors.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
