Job summary

You will work with internal teams and external partners to manage orders, shipments, invoices, and stock movement records. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field, with at least 1 year in logistics or automotive-related areas.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Outgoing, cheerful and proactive personality with good teamwork attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing due to documents in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and administrative operations for vehicle import, distribution, and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, aftersales, warehouse) and external parties (forwarders, suppliers, transporters).
• Handle documentation including delivery orders, invoices, shipment records, and stock movement reports.
• Maintain and update logistics data accurately in system and spreadsheets.
• Assist in inventory tracking and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts.
• Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
