Job summary

VOLT AUTO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrative specialist to support daily vehicle import, distribution, and delivery processes in Selangor.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external forwarders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely information flow. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Admin / Logistics, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Mandarin communication for Mandarin documents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 1 year working experience in logistics, administration, or automotive-related field is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Outgoing, cheerful and proactive personality with good teamwork attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing as there are certain documents in Mandarin.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and administrative operations for vehicle import, distribution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, aftersales, warehouse) and external parties (forwarders, suppliers, transporters).
• Handle documentation including delivery orders, invoices, shipment records, and stock movement reports.
• Maintain and update logistics data accurately in system and spreadsheets.
• Assist in inventory tracking and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts.
• Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
