Job summary

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad seeks a Marketing Officer for the Vehicle Financing Sales Hub in Shah Alam. You will drive growth by expanding the dealer network, ensuring timely submissions and approvals, and maintaining PDPA confidentiality.

Responsibilities include dealer visits, monthly product briefings, data accuracy, and timely reporting on submissions, pipeline, and market activities to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or relationship management in financial services or vehicle financing.
• Experience with dealer relationships and DBR-I arrangements.

Responsibilities

• To drive the achievement of key business objectives for Vehicle Financing, including submission and approval of financing applications and increasing penetration within non-national customers.
• Ensure PDPA compliance and confidentiality standards in the financing process.
• Conduct dealer visits to strengthen relationships and expand the dealer network.
• Submit dealer applications for approval within one business day (T+1) after documents are complete.
• Maintain timely follow-up on pending cases and renew Letters of Undertaking as required.
