Job summary

Bright Prospect is seeking an User Access Administrator in Malaysia to process access requests and manage de-provisioning. You will administer accounts across AD, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise apps while ensuring SLA targets are met.

The role supports onboarding, offboarding, and access recertification with strong documentation practices. Malaysian applicants only and a Fortune 500–level environment await.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' IAM Operations or Service Desk experience.
• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, OKTA, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and ServiceNow.

User Access Administrator (Multiple Headcount Availability)

Job Description

• Process user access requests, modifications, and de-provisioning via ServiceNow or ticketing systems.

• Administer user accounts across Active Directory, Sailpoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues while meeting SLA requirements.

• Support user onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and access recertification activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation and elevate complex issues when required.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in related field.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in IAM Operations, User Access Administration, or Service Desk.

• Experience with Sailpoint, CyberArk, OKTA, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems).

• Familiar with IAM or user access administrative processes and enterprise application access management.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and good in communication.

• Malaysian applicants only.
