Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking an User Access Administrator to manage IAM operations, onboard and offboard users, and resolve access issues. The role involves administering accounts across Active Directory, Sailpoint, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise apps.

You will work with a global team and ensure SLA-driven support from Malaysia. Ideal candidates have a Diploma in a related field and at least 2 years of IAM experience, with familiarity in Sailpoint,

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of IAM Operations, User Access Administration, or Service Desk experience.
• Experience with Sailpoint, CyberArk, OKTA, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and ServiceNow.
• Familiar with IAM or user access administrative processes and enterprise application access management.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
