Assisting the Head of School, developing the strategic plan for the school including the preparation of staffing and resource plan.
Assisting Marketing Department to market the program.
Coordinating all factors of operation at program level, such as availability of teaching materials and textbooks, updating course files, collating students class attendance, submission of exam question papers, marking and moderation of exam scripts of the program.
Planning for courses offered two semesters in advance.
Ensuring that the students enrolled for the program have appropriate entry requirements.
Preparing or drafting any presentation on programme development upon request.
Nominating External Advisors, External Examiners and Industrial Advisors to Head of School for the approval of the Academic Board.
Representing the program internally and externally.
Minimum Master’s Degree in related areas or demonstrable evidence of equivalent knowledge, training and experience.
At least three years of experience in the role of program coordinator or program executive.
Successful track record of academic leadership and teamwork.
Demonstrable track record in strategic and operational management and planning.
Holding a valid teaching permit issued by KPT.

MDIS Malaysia International College is the second overseas campus of the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS). MDIS Malaysia International College was the first Private Education Institution (PEI) of Singapore to make its foray into EduCity lskandar, Johor when MDIS signed the landmark deal with EduCity lskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2010. MDIS Malaysia International College offers programmes in Business, Finance, Banking and Accounting, Tourism and Hospitality, Mass Communication and Information Technology. All programmes have already received accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
