Job summary

INTI International University & Colleges in Kuantan is seeking an Education Counsellor to advise prospective students and their parents on available programmes. You will lead sales and marketing activities to promote programmes and strategize plans to boost student numbers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in any field, strong English and Malay communication, and willingness to work from the Kuantan office. Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about programmes.
• Engage in sales & marketing activities to promote programmes.
• Strategize and implement plans to increase student numbers.
• Initiate and maintain relations with schools/agents.
• Attend marketing activities, roadshows and counselling sessions.
• Drive enrolment activities for assigned areas.
• Execute and implement partner school initiatives.
• Coordinate education counselling for prospective students.
• Liaise with overseas agents on international student enrollment.

Job description

Provide counselling to enquiring students and their parents on the programmes offered by the college.

Sales & marketing activities to promote programmes offered by the college.

Strategize and implement plans to increase students numbers.

Initiate and maintain good working relationships with schools/agents

Attend marketing activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and counselling sessions.

Drive enrolment activities for the assigned areas.

Execute and implement partner school initiatives.

Responsible for Education counselling to prospective students.

To liaise with oversea agents on international student enrollment.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Applicants must have own transport.

Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan office.

Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Has outstanding communication skills - both written and oral (English and Malay). The ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales.

Willing to work in fast-paced environment.
