Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive to join the telecom team on a 24-hour rotating shift. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service; fresh graduates are welcome with paid training.

You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries across platforms, collect feedback, and support daily administrative tasks while collaborating with other departments to meet targets.

Qualifications

[Urgent] Customer Support Executive - Mandarin Speaker (Telco Industry)

Job Position: Customer Support Executive (Mandarin Speaking-Only able to speak)

Industry: Global Telecommunications Industry

Working Hours: 24 hours shift rotational, 9.5 hours working per day inclusive 1.5 break time only

Working Days: Monday - Sunday, 5 working days per week

Salary: Monthly salary with RM3100 + KPI allowance up to RM500 + Night Shift allowance up to RM400 + Special Allowances RM600 monthly if able to achieve 148 working hours per month

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support via Inbound Call

Monitor & respond to inquiries across various platforms

Gather feedback and report concerns to supervisors

Assist with ad-hoc tasks & administrative duties

What We're Looking For:

Education: SPM level and above

Experience: 1+ years in customer service (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply - PAID TRAINING Provided)

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin (only Speak) and English

Eligibility: Malaysian citizens or relevant residency status
