Job summary

WPP SSC MY is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in PTP (Accounts Payable/Invoice/Payment) with Thai language proficiency. You will manage AP processing, approve payments, and handle T&E, ensuring accuracy, SOX compliance, and timely monthly closings.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field with relevant mix of qualification and experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience in shared service environment.
Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
Having shared service centre experience is preferred
Knowledge of SOX Compliance norms relating to the process

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP) & Invoice Processing: receive and scan invoices, ensure proper documentation, attach to AP system, process in line with SOP/SOX and SLA.
Payments Processing: generate and/or review proposed payment files, ensure timeliness and accuracy, coordinate with banks and OpCos.
Travel & Expense (T&E) Processing: review claims, validate receipts and tax, process payments per policy.
Other Responsibilities: produce aging reports, drive resolution of issues, month-end close, support KPI/SOX reporting, lead projects and training for PTP team.
