FrieslandCampina Service Centre Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a PTP Process Control and Query Specialist (Urdu speaker) to coordinate daily Procure-to-Pay activities, manage queries, and ensure KPI targets are met. You will act as first contact for vendors and employees, perform invoice-related tasks, monitor subledgers, and support month-end close in a fast-paced GBS environment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and verbal).
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills, with experience in multicultural and international environments.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and improvement-focused, with the ability to drive change and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced GBS environment.

Coordinate daily Procure-to-Pay (PtP) activities, including process controls and query management, ensuring KPIs, productivity, and continuous improvement targets are met

Act as the first point of contact for vendors, employees, and business partners; resolve queries or elevate as needed, and track open items to closure

Execute invoice-related activities (e.g., claims, returns, master data updates) and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth operations

Monitor PtP subledgers and general ledger to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls

Support month-end closing, internal control execution, reporting, and reconciliation activities

Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement and optimization initiatives

Support cross-functional collaboration, governance processes, and stakeholder management, including participation in reviews and escalation handling

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Fluent in English and Urdu (both written and verbal), with strong communication skills.

Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong stakeholder and people management skills, with experience working in multicultural and international environments.

Collaborative, adaptable, and improvement-focused, with the ability to drive change, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced GBS environment.
