Job summary

The role focuses on processing P2P transactions, reviewing invoices, maintaining supplier records, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues and support period-end

Qualifications

• Ability to manage purchase-to-pay transactions with care and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of invoice processing and supplier account administration.
• Ability to review financial documents and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Confidence in reconciling accounting records and resolving variances.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems.
• Clear Mandarin communication skills for working with relevant stakeholders.
