Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is assisting a globally recognized luxury group seeking a meticulous finance professional fluent in English and Thai to join their regional shared services center in Malaysia to support PTP workflows.

You will handle high-volume invoice processing, period-end closing, stakeholder escalation, internal controls adherence, and participate in continuous process improvements across regional brands.

• Transaction Processing & Operations: High-volume invoice processing within SLAs and resolve expenditure inquiries.
• Period-End & Financial Accounting: Month-, quarter-, and year-end closing activities.
• Stakeholder & Escalation Management: Manage internal and external stakeholder queries and cross-functional issues.
• Governance & Internal Controls: Adhere to internal controls programs and accounting standards.
• Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Participate in improvements and update AP policies and workflows.

They are seeking a meticulous finance professional proficient in English and Thai to join their regional shared services center in Malaysia to support PTP workflows.

• Transaction Processing & Operations: Perform high-volume invoice processing within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), resolve complex expenditure queries, and manage routine vendor/user inquiries.

• Period-End & Financial Accounting: Execute month-, quarter-, and year-end closing activities while applying intermediate expenditure, inter-company, and accounting principles.

• Stakeholder & Escalation Management: Manage internal and external stakeholder queries, resolve operational issues promptly, and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships across regional brands.

• Governance & Internal Controls: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls programs, accounting principles, and shared service center standards during daily processing.

• Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, assist with new process implementations, and update AP policies, procedures, and troubleshooting workflows
