Qualifications

• Experience managing barista/coffee counter operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and cost-control skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for F&B operations, staff management, food safety, customer service, cost control and client relations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the staff canteen and barista coffee counters.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the F&B team, including kitchen, service and barista staff.
• Plan manpower deployment, duty rosters and daily operational activities.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, food safety and service.
