Job summary

Synechron, a global digital consulting firm, is seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager (Cards/Payment) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires 8+ years of experience and immediate to 30 days notice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UAT cycles for complex domains.
• Strong ability to define UAT strategies, plans and sign-off criteria.
• Proven track record coordinating with business users, product owners and QA teams.
• Excellent communication to manage stakeholders, risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UAT lifecycle for cards/payments.
• Develop UAT strategies, test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Lead planning, defect tracking, retesting and sign-off.
• Coordinate with business users, product, PMs, QA and tech teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications, reports, risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate test walkthroughs and governance forums.
• Ensure environments, data, and integrations are ready for UAT.
• Monitor progress, coverage, and release readiness.
• Apply domain knowledge of cards, payments, banking, and processing.
• Validate end-to-end scenarios including auth, settlement and refunds.
• Ensure coverage of POS, ATM, e-commerce, mobile, and digital payments.
• Drive business acceptance and provide completion reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve UAT processes and delivery.
