Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and execute comprehensive UAT plans, scenarios, and test scripts for financial systems.
• Validate core banking, financial transactions, reporting modules, and user interfaces against complex business requirements.
• Track, log, triage, and manage software defects through their complete lifecycle using JIRA within Agile development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and software developers to clarify functional requirements.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Conduct regression testing, sanity checks, and integration verification following software patches and system updates.
• Prepare detailed daily test execution logs, defect status reports, and quality metrics summaries for stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial compliance standards, data privacy protocols, and institutional security guidelines.
