You will promote premium tyre products, demonstrate benefits, and meet monthly KPIs. The position requires strong communication skills and mobility to visit customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Representative in automotive/tyre retail.
• Strong understanding of tyre products and automotive solutions.
• Fluent English and Malay with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits and specifications to customers, emphasising value and quality.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales contracts for customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and product performance.
