NEXEN TIRE MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead tire sales operations in Malaysia. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships while ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include expanding the customer base, leading the sales team, coordinating with logistics, finance, marketing and product management, and developing growth strategies to meet annual targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales management experience in Malaysia's tire industry.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience with top-tier tire brands (manufacturers or distributors).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Expand customer base by building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, marketing, and product management teams to ensure seamless operations, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed annual financial targets.
• Track sales performance against financial goals, providing regular forecasts and reports to management.
