About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join the sales team at GREATWALL TYRE & BATTERY (SIBU) SDN BHD. This is a full-time position based in Sibu, Sarawak, offering an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships within the automotive tyre and battery industry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our market presence in the region.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities with potential customers within the tyre and battery sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking activities to promote our products and services

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a sales representative or similar role
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly tyres, batteries or related products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional presentation abilities to engage clients at all levels
• Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Sibu and surrounding areas
