Job summary

BISHH MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Custom Apparel Production Assistant to support our daily order flow in Shah Alam. This role involves helping with printing, heat press, packing, and quality checks to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Open to interns, part-time applicants and fresh graduates who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced production team.

• Prepare T-shirts and apparel before printing.

• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Support the team to complete daily orders on time.

At BISHH, we turn customer ideas into custom T-shirts and apparel through printing, heat press, packing, and production teamwork.

We are looking for a Custom Apparel Production Assistant to support our daily order flow and help make sure every customer order is prepared, printed, checked, and packed properly.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, is willing to learn, and likes working in a fast‑moving team environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of our production team, you will assist in the daily custom apparel production process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare T-shirts and apparel before printing
• Assist with heat press and printing production
• Sort shirts according to size, colour, quantity, and order details
• Assist with quality checking after printing
• Pack completed orders neatly for courier or self‑collection
• Arrange stock, materials, and production items
• Keep the production area clean and organized
• Support the team to complete daily orders on time
• Assist with other production and operation tasks when needed

We are looking for someone who is:
