Job summary

Trace Tag Marketing Sdn. Bhd. offers an internship for students to gain hands-on experience in the printing, advertising and creative design industry. You will work on real customer projects, touching graphic design and printing production.

Join our team to assist in artwork preparation, create banners and posters, develop social content, and learn printing processes under supervision, with potential for full-time opportunity upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Art & Design, Advertising Design or other related creative fields

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing and preparing artwork for commercial printing and production
• Design creative materials such as banners, buntings, posters, stickers, signage, flyers and other printed materials
• Create visual content for social media, digital marketing, promotions and company branding
• Assist in preparing print-ready artwork and ensure designs meet the required size, resolution, colour mode, bleed and other printing specifications
• Develop fresh and creative design ideas according to customer requirements and brand identity
• Work closely with the design, marketing and production teams on ongoing projects
• Gain practical exposure to printing materials, production processes and finishing methods
• Perform other design-related tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Job description

This internship is suitable for students looking to gain hands‑on experience in the printing, advertising and creative design industry. You will have the opportunity to work on actual customer projects and gain practical exposure to both graphic design and printing production.

Key responsibilities

Assist in creating, editing and preparing artwork for commercial printing and production

About you

Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Art & Design, Advertising Design or other related creative fields

Basic knowledge or proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Knowledge of Canva or other design software is an added advantage

Creative and willing to learn new design and printing techniques

Have a good sense of layout, typography, colour and visual presentation

Able to communicate and work well with team members

Responsible, positive and able to complete assigned tasks within the given timeline

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Candidates with their own transport are preferred

Minimum internship allowance of RM600.00 per month

Hands‑on experience with real customer and commercial printing projects

Exposure to printing production, materials and finishing processes
