RHB Banking Group is seeking a motivated Team Member in Legal, Documentation & Internal Process to support trustee operations. You will assist with legal documentation, compliance monitoring, and process enhancements across trustee and corporate trust functions.

You will collaborate with issuers, bondholders, regulators, and internal teams to ensure covenant compliance and efficient documentation workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–2 years in legal/corporate secretarial/compliance/trust support roles.
• Experience in financial services or trust industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia abilities.
• High attention to detail for legal/regulatory documents.
• Good organisational and time management; can handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Support legal documentation and review transaction documents.
• Coordinate meetings such as EGMs and prepare meeting minutes.
• Prepare and issue notices, follow up with bondholders and related parties.
• Maintain ADI records and beneficial owner lists.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and billing support.
• Provide documentation checklists for bond issuances.
• Support corporate trust and other units on legal matters.
• Monitor updates to regulatory guidelines and communicate changes.
