Zusammenfassung

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Team Member, Legal, Documentation & Internal Process to support Trustee Operations. You will assist with legal documentation, compliance monitoring, and process improvements across trustee functions, working with issuers, bondholders, regulators, and legal counsel to ensure covenants are met and processes run smoothly.

You will help maintain documentation, support system enhancements, and contribute to reporting efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in legal, corporate secretarial, compliance, trustee services, or corporate trust support.

Aufgaben

• Review and vet transaction documents such as bond issuances, escrow agreements, resolutions and other legal documents.
• Coordinate meetings (EGMs) and prepare meeting minutes.
• Issue notices of resolutions and follow up with bondholders on proxies.
• Maintain ADI records and beneficial owner lists.
• Support regulatory submissions and internal reporting as required.
• Provide operational support in the absence of team members.
