Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Senior Team Member in Trustee Operations to manage and authorise a broad range of unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and E-Money trust activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery of high-quality services.

You will lead and coach junior staff, review regulatory submissions, drive process improvements, and collaborate with clients, regulators, banks, custodians, and solicitors to maintain robust controls and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trustee services, fund administration, asset management operations, or the broader financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Unit Trusts, REITs, Fund Administration, E-Money and related trustee operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and authorise trustee and fund administration activities across UT, FA, REITs and E-Money.
• Ensure timely, accurate services with regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.
• Coach and guide junior team members to ensure readiness and effective execution of processes.
• Review regulatory reports and update policies and operating procedures to strengthen controls.
• Drive process automation and system enhancements with clear requirements and UATs.
• Engage with clients, regulators, banks, custodians, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
