Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Trading Clerk to support daily trading operations, focusing on accurate order entry, documentation, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with licensed representatives to ensure smooth trading activities while upholding high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Selecting the right orders, maintaining orderly records, and adhering to bank and regulatory guidelines will be essential.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment.
Basic understanding of trading operations is preferred.
Strong sense of integrity and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

Order Entry Support: input and process trading orders accurately and promptly in the trading system on behalf of the licensed representative.
Maintain proper and systematic records of trading documentation.
Ensure trading records are updated, properly filed, and securely stored per bank policies.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: follow acts, laws, rules and regulations of relevant exchanges and depository, and internal policies.
Trading Operations Support: work with the licensed representative to ensure smooth day-to-day trading operations; assist in trade monitoring and confirmation processes.
