Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Senior Team Member in Trustee Operations to manage and authorise activities across UT, FA, REITs, E‑Money, and other trust-related mandates. You will work closely with clients, regulators, and partners to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality services.

The role focuses on process improvements, system enhancements, and strong governance, with guidance to peers and ongoing reporting responsibilities. A related finance background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field with strong regulatory awareness.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trustee services, fund administration, or related financial services.
• Experience with UT/REITs/FA/E-Money/custodian operations and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and authorise operational matters relating to REITs, corporate trust, PDS, E-Money, custodial, escrow, and other trustee services.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of services with high operational standards and regulatory compliance.
• Plan resources to ensure coverage and continuity of services; coach and guide new team members.
