Job summary

Baxian (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to handle data entry, document uploads, and ensure accurate recording of information in the system. You will participate in transaction monitoring, AML/KYC checks, and assist with regulatory filings, annual returns, and distributions.

The role requires a diploma or degree and at least two years in accounting or corporate services, with strong English and organisational skills.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Legal Studies or a relevant discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting, corporate services, legal or related administrative fields.
Familiarity with AML, KYC and CDD requirements is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Data entry and updating the system; upload documents and ensure accurate recording of information.
Participate in transaction monitoring and compliance checks.
Assist with regulatory filings, annual returns and AGMs.
Ensure all transactions are supported by documents before recording; clarify undocumented transactions.
Record receipt of monthly bank statements and raise invoices for trust entities; follow up on payments.
Assist in preparing documents for distributions and investments; settle assets into trusts.
Provide administrative support and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
