Job summary

Morrison Express in Klang (Bandar Botanic) is seeking a logistics personnel to handle billing, DOs, and trucking coordination. You will work with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely documentation.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, 2+ years in logistics or freight forwarding, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus; familiarity with CW1 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years in logistics, trucking or freight forwarding; fresh grads welcome.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CW1 experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.

Responsibilities

• Issue billing and Delivery Orders in CW1 system.
• Arrange trucking services on booking requests.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth trucking operations.
• Prepare and maintain designated customer reports and operational records.
• Follow up trucking arrangements (pickup, delivery, and schedule updates).
• Sort, verify and issue invoices; submit to customers within required timeline.
• Check and verify vendor costs against agreed rates; highlight discrepancies.
• Support daily operational tasks and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Willing to work overtime when operational needs require.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company procedures.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good follow-up and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CW1 is an advantage.
