Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Treasury Manager for a fast-growing global digital infrastructure group, based in Kuala Lumpur, to support strategic financing initiatives and treasury operations across regional portfolio. You will structure financing transactions, manage relationships with banks and investors, prepare lender materials, and monitor covenants while enhancing liquidity and hedging practices.

The role offers exposure to diverse funding structures and collaboration with senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Approximately 5–10 years of debt financing or treasury experience.
Experience with banks, lenders, or investors on financing transactions.
Understanding of project finance structures, loan documentation, and treasury risk management.

Responsibilities

Support structuring and execution of financing transactions (project finance, corporate loans, revolver facilities, green and sustainability-linked financing, mezzanine, bonds, private placements).
Develop relationships with banks, lenders, investors and other financiers.
Prepare lender presentations, information memoranda, due diligence materials, and financing models.
Coordinate financing transactions from mandate through financial close, including term sheets and facility agreements.
Monitor covenants, reporting requirements, and financing milestones.
Assist liquidity management, hedging, and treasury risk management activities.
