Job summary

DayOne in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead structured finance, debt financing, and treasury operations across its regional footprint. You will report to the Senior Regional Treasury Manager and work on financing models, covenants, and cross-border transactions to support growth in digital infrastructure.

You will partner with banks and investors, coordinate lender materials, monitor covenants, and manage liquidity and currency risk with hedging where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• 5–10 years’ hands-on experience executing debt financing or capital raising transactions and working with banks or financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring and execution of project finance, corporate loans, revolving credit facilities, green or sustainability-linked financing, mezzanine financing, bonds and private placements.
• Maintaining relationships with banking partners and investors.
• Prepare and coordinate lender presentations, information memoranda, due diligence materials, financing models, debt capacity analyses and funding scenarios.
• Coordinate financing transactions from mandate to financial close, including term sheets, facility agreements, intercreditor arrangements and security documents.
• Monitor conditions precedent and subsequent, financial covenants, compliance certificates, lender reporting obligations and key financing deadlines.
• Support liquidity planning and the management of interest rate and foreign exchange risks, including hedging execution and documentation.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned from time-to-time, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to support the organization’s evolving needs and priorities.
