PositiveLinks Asia is seeking a Senior Treasury Financing Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to provide execution support across financing documentation, coordination, and compliance administration. This hands-on, on-site role suits someone organized with attention to detail and a drive to manage large financing facilities.

You will lead end-to-end project financing, manage trackers, and liaise with bankers, lawyers and valuers, ensuring proper filing and timely approvals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Min 5 years or more of relevant experience in debt financing, corporate treasury or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Exposure to syndicated, project, or sustainability-linked financing; Islamic finance principles a plus.

Mansioni

• Hands on end-to-end project financing responsibilities including stakeholder management.
• Lead project financing from start, documentation, account opening to completion.
• Manage trackers, correspondences with bankers, lawyers and valuers, financing notices.
• Maintain financing document repository with executed copies, schedules and side letters.
• Follow up on workflows and approvals to completion; monitor renewals and expiry of agreements.
• Oversee compliance tracking including Conditions Precedents and Subsequent trackers.
• Compile inputs and draft data packs for monthly loan reports, compliance certificates and utilisation reports.
• Coordinate financial and operational data for Legal, Project and Finance teams for reviews.
• Support account/process documentation and treasury automation initiatives.
