TCS Group is seeking a Diploma or Degree holder in Building or Civil Engineering to join the QA/QC team in Selangor. You will coordinate inspections, compile test records, and ensure compliance with specifications, quality and safety standards on site.

Responsibilities include preparing progress reports, reading drawings, and liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery and high workmanship. Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building or Civil Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction; fresh graduates welcome with training provided.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to prepare progress reports, monitor sites and read drawings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and audit to ensure work meets specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Verify inspections and tests are completed and documented before proceeding.
• Identify quality defects, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and generate reports where applicable.
• Plan, organize and monitor project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams for clear communication.
• Coordinate with designers and consultants to ensure structural and architectural design performance.
• Maintain good documentation on drawing and filing systems for projects.
