Job summary

The incumbent will supervise on-site inspections, witness tests, manage NCRs and maintain comprehensive quality documentation to ensure project acceptance.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction quality control and site inspection.
• Ability to verify material certificates, test reports and submittals.
• Familiarity with inspection & test plans and NCR processes.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site construction material quality inspection and verify certificates.
• Perform daily patrol inspection of civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Coordinate third-party inspection and testing; review MIR/IR submissions.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain and compile on-site quality records and prepare reports.
