Job summary

ARBA Travel in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service/ Sales Support professional to manage frontline communications via WhatsApp, social DMs, email, phone and web chat. You respond quickly and clearly, keeping conversations warm from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.

You will prepare quotations, booking forms, invoices and payment links, chase documents and deposits, and confirm every payment. All interactions are logged in the CRM and complex cases handed to Sales/Operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support or administration.
• Excellent written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple live conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the front line across WhatsApp, social DMs, email, phone and web chat. Respond fast and clearly.
• Prepare quotations, booking forms, invoices and payment links; chase documents and deposits; confirm payments.
• Handle after-sales enquiries end-to-end: changes, reschedules, document requests and follow-ups.
