Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a customer-oriented role to handle guest inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and OTA platforms, manage reservations, and assist with check-in/out. Fluent Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia required, along with Microsoft Office proficiency.

Experience in hotel, customer service or online platform management is preferred. Must be proactive, independent, and able to work on weekends. Training provided and a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in hotel, customer service or online platform management is preferred.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and online booking platforms.
• Manage reservations, booking modifications and cancellations.
• Respond to guest messages on Agoda, Booking.com, Airbnb and other OTA platforms in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out arrangements.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest requests and room status.
• Monitor online bookings and update reservation records accurately.
• Prepare reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction.
