AF Travel Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The role welcomes candidates with 1–5 years of travel agency experience and strong knowledge of airline reservations, GDS systems, and visa coordination.

You will manage end-to-end itineraries for corporate and leisure clients. You will liaise with clients, process bookings and invoices, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in travel agency operations.
• Proven knowledge of airline reservation systems and travel software.
• Strong communication in English; Mandarin is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bookings & Reservations: Manage flight, hotel, and transport bookings for corporate or leisure clients.
• Itinerary Planning: Create, customize, and finalize travel itineraries, including visa coordination.
• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring prompt resolution of travel issues.
• System Operation: Utilize GDS (e.g., Amadeus/Sabre) for ticketing and reservation management.
• Documentation: Process invoices, credit notes, and travel documents accurately.
