Participate in a variety of employee relations activities to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes.

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for overseeing transportation and accommodation operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective services that support employee welfare and business requirements.

Specific responsibilities (Transportation):

Lead daily employee transportation operations.

Manage transport vendors, drivers, and service performance.

Monitor route efficiency, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.

Ensure compliance with road safety requirements and company policies.

Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective actions.

Support transportation planning for new hires and operational changes.
