Flex is seeking an Employee Services Lead in Perai, Penang. You will oversee transportation and hostel operations, ensuring safety, cost-efficiency, and compliance while supporting employee welfare and business requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR with about 5 years in HR or related areas and strong planning, coordination, and vendor management skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. This is a on-site role with benefits including medical and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective services for employee welfare and business needs.
• Oversee hostel accommodation strategy and operations, capacity planning, and compliance.
• Lead daily transportation operations, manage vendors and monitor costs and performance.
• Conduct hostel audits, inspections, and corrective actions; maintain welfare and living standards.
• Ensure safety, compliance with policies, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
