Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage customer orders, coordinate delivery arrangements, and handle cargo movements within Malaysia and across borders. The role requires proficiency in English, driving license, and basic MS Office skills.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and prior land transportation experience is preferred. The position covers full-time and contract terms and requires reliable transport for site duties in Shah Alam area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep track of customer orders and coordinate delivery arrangements.
• Load and unload cargo to Singapore and Thailand.
• Perform goods receiving.
• Prepare shipping documents related to imports/exports.
• Plan deliveries and pickups of goods.
• Liaise with third-party trucking on cargo delivery arrangements.
• Ensure shipping documentation is properly maintained and filed for billing.

• Keep track of customer order and coordinating for delivery arrangement
• Loading unloading cargo to Singapore, Thailand
• Performed goods receiving
• Prepare related shipping documents relates to good import / export
• Delivery & planning pickup the goods
• Liaise with 3rd party trucking company on the arrangement of cargoes delivery
• Ensure all shipping documentation proper maintain and filed for billing

Qualification:

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain / Maritime, other equivalent.
• Working experience in Land Transportation preferred.
• However, fresh graduate with good academy result is encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
• Able to drive reach truck / forklift
• Possess excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Knowledge of MS Office for report and analysis.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
