Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking an experienced technology delivery lead to drive end-to-end initiatives within the Transformation Programme for Finance and Actuarial data and reporting.

You will coordinate with the MI Tech Product Owner, Solution Architect and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable plans and ensure secure, scalable delivery aligned with architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology project delivery experience.
• Experience in Finance and insurance domains preferred.
• Strong delivery leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery management for technology initiatives within Transformation Programme.
• Collaborate with MI Tech Product Owner, Solution Architect, and stakeholders to align scope and milestones.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans, sprints, work packages and activities.
• Provide technical guidance across data engineering, integration, reporting, cloud delivery, DevOps, and readiness.
