Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking an accomplished Data & AI Solutions Architect to design, lead, and deliver enterprise-grade data and AI solutions across the organization, with a strong emphasis on the Insurance domain.

This role focuses on cloud-native architectures, ETL/ELT engineering, and Agentic AI while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure scalable, governed, and production-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience with progressively senior architecture roles.
• Minimum 10 years in solution architecture, data science, data warehousing, MLOps, and AI.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience with client-facing delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data and AI solutions across ingestion, modeling, warehousing, ML pipelines, and MLOps.
• Lead enterprise data platforms on Databricks with governance and lineage.
• Design target-state data architectures and enterprise data products translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, ADF, Cloud Composer, and Airflow for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Risk, and MI reporting to support regulatory reporting and performance management.
• Provide architectural leadership and governance across concurrent engagements and cross-functional teams.
