Job summary

Air Liquide is looking for a Transformation Project-Change Manager to orchestrate end-to-end Change Management across APAC deployment waves. You will collaborate with the ALign Project team, Capgemini, BPOs, and finance counterparts to drive governance, readiness, and user adoption.

You will oversee communications, training, and DAM activities, ensuring sustainable improvements and knowledge capture across multi-country programs within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Education in Business/Admin/Finance/Digital & IT required.
• 5–8+ years of Change Management or Transformation PMO experience in large regional transformations.
• ERP transformation experience in MS Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA within Finance/Shared Services.

Responsibilities

Working in close collaboration with the ALign Project team, System integrator (Capgemini), Global Business Process Owners(BPOs), Cluster BPOs, and Regional/Country Finance representatives. The incumbent will establish structured change management strategies, assess business impacts, manage communications, organize training and ensure user adoption. The Transformation Project-Change Manager will also support the project team in organizing the ALign Design Authority Committee (DAC) to ensure proper governance on the business process & system solution change.## How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**1.Change Strategy & Governance*** **Drive the ALign APAC Change Management Plan:** Execute and continuously refine the regional change strategy tailored to different stakeholder populations across clusters.* **Governance & Reporting:** Track & report Change Management action status to Project management and key stakeholders. . **2. Business Impact Assessment*** **Population Impact Mapping:** Identify and actively engage impacted groups including Cluster/Country CFOs, GBS Finance, Country Finance, Active Cycle/Procurement business teams.* **Business Impact Analysis:** Analyze tool, process, and people impacts stemming from ALign with support from cluster BPOs and propose the adoption action plan.* **Measuring efficiency: Assess** resource needs during ALign deployment and measure the efficiency generation from ALign. **3. Communications*** **Communication Management:** Prepare and publish communications across multiple channels including dedicated project portals, newsletters, Internal meetings, videos and posters.* **Documentation Management:** Structure the change management document and deliverables, including Processes document, Gap analysis document, Training material, Communication toolkits etc. **4. Training organization*** **Training Plan:** Coordinate with system integrator to develop training planning for BPO, Key User and End User..* **Training material:** Coordinate with system integrator and cluster BPOs to prepare, review and update training materials.* **Training organization**: Responsible for training schedules, attendee matrix, and logistics to ensure effective delivery of the training. **5. Design Authority Committee(DAC) coordination*** **Gap follow-up:** Coordinate with BPOs on the gap to be presented to DAC and ensure readiness.* **DAC Planning:** Schedule the DAC and manage the DAC agenda* **DAC followup**: Facilitate the discussion during the DAC and communicate the decision. **6. Sustainability & User Adoption*** **Post-go-live change management:** Define and follow the post-go-live change support models.* **Continuous Improvement:** Work together with the GBS operation team on post-go-live performance monitoring, and continuous improvement feedback.* **Capitalization**: Work with the project team on the capitalization of lessons learned during each wave and implementation plan.## Are you a MATCH?**Education & Experience*** **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Digital & IT or related discipline.* **Professional Experience:** 5–8+ years of experience leading Change Management or Transformation PMO activities in large-scale regional enterprise transformations.* **ERP Transformation Track Record:** Hands-on experience in major ERP implementations (MS Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS, or SAP S/4HANA) within Finance, Accounting, and Shared Services (GBS) domains. **Technical & Methodological Competencies*** **Change Methodologies:** Strong working knowledge on change management frameworks.* **PMO & Governance Skills:** Proficiency in PMO tools, risk management, readiness tracking, and status reporting in a complex multi-country governance matrix.* **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sites, Slides, Docs), AI tool (Gemini), and multimedia content creation. **Soft Skills & Regional Agility*** **Cross-Cultural Leadership:** Proven ability to influence and engage diverse, cross-cultural teams across APAC and AMEI.* **Stakeholder Management:** Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with executives and operational teams.* **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in written and spoken English.
