Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a Transformation Enablement Specialist to drive the department's evolution by re-imagining business processes and fostering an innovation mindset across the organization. You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to support learning and development, transformation, and communications initiatives, strengthening workforce agility throughout the journey.

Responsibilities include harmonizing operational processes in the Network Engineering & Operations

Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant working experience.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Structured, detail‑oriented, self-driven with execution capabilities; analytical/problem-solving to find improvements.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of operational processes across the NEO Department.
Review processes, identify improvements, and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
Support automation and digital initiatives to simplify workflows.
Collaborate with Audit to plan and execute audits and ensure compliance with policies.
