Job summary

CelcomDigi is recruiting an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner to align people priorities with business goals in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

You will partner with business leaders to drive talent management, rewards, culture-building, workforce planning and performance management, while collaborating with HR COEs to roll out HR frameworks and salary reviews across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.
• Mid-career HR professional with experience across HR disciplines such as business partnering, talent management, employee relations, organisational development or performance management.
• Strong business acumen and problem‑solving capability with ability to analyse complex situations and develop practical solutions.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and advise senior stakeholders on HR matters and to manage challenging conversations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and present to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and proactive team player able to work cross‑functionally and drive outcomes via stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business functions and partner with leaders on people matters across talent management, rewards, culture, workforce planning and performance management.
• Facilitate organisational restructuring, operating model transformation and workforce transition initiatives.
• Support talent‑related decision‑making through interviews, exit discussions and focus groups on people topics.
• Drive and support business transformation initiatives, especially in change management and people‑impact communications.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to implement HR frameworks, processes, development planning and salary review exercises.
• Oversee day‑to‑day people operations including hiring, onboarding, data management, reporting, employee relations and grievances.
• Ensure governance and compliance with policies and Malaysian employment legislation.
