Job summary

CelcomDigi Berhad is seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Specialist to support governance, implementation and continuous improvement of mobile and home products. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating business requirements into actionable operational processes while driving improvements that enhance customer and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in product operations, product management, business operations, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate insights into operational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into actionable processes.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end product business rules and policies for mobile/home products including Prepaid, Postpaid, Home WiFi and Fibre.
• Align product rules, configuration and operational processes with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain guidelines for frontline and CX across product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline rules, policies and processes for efficiency.
• Drive harmonisation of billing, notifications, channels and customer experience.
• Prepare proposals and drive execution of product and operational projects.
