Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in process improvement or operations.
• Proven experience leading process improvement or operations initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis; change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve review of existing processes and inefficiencies.
• Drive and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training to help teams adopt new ways of working.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead change initiatives across the organisation.
