Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Training Specialist - Production Training (Technology Excellence). The role focuses on creating and delivering training programs, updating learning materials, and implementing structured training plans to improve skill development and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with project teams to introduce new technologies, assess training outcomes, and work with various stakeholders to close training gaps.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including training/education roles; experience with universities, technical training, or coordination with external institutions preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of glove production processes, including related equipment, machinery, systems, and new technologies implemented at Hartalega.
• Ability to perform hands-on engineering tasks and identify technology-related causes of product failures.
• TTT certification.

Responsabilidades

• Cascade information to downline teams to drive understanding, task quality, and timely completion.
