Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS/OMS and data analytics.

Job description

Lead the company's technology and digital transformation agenda by designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions that improve supply chain, warehousing, distribution, fulfilment and operational efficiency. The role will act as a strategic business partner to drive innovation, business growth and operational excellence, leveraging technology, automation, data and digital capabilities to support the company's expansion plans and customer service objectives.

The incumbent will combine strong business acumen with hands-on experience in logistics, distribution, fulfilment or supply chain operations, translating operational challenges into scalable technology solutions that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's technology and digital transformation roadmap aligned to business and operational objectives.
• Drive technology-enabled improvements across warehousing, inventory management, fulfilment, logistics, transportation and distribution operations.
• Identify operational challenges and build practical digital solutions, platforms and capabilities to improve productivity, customer service and business scalability.
• Evaluate and implement automation, AI, analytics, digital workflow and emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Work closely with operations teams to improve warehouse performance, inventory visibility, order fulfilment, delivery performance and customer experience.
• Oversee enterprise technology platforms, including ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, integration platforms and related business applications.
• Establish data-driven decision-making capabilities through dashboards, reporting, analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Partner with business leaders across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commercial and Finance functions to ensure technology solutions support business priorities.
• Build, lead and develop internal technology, product, project and business analysis capabilities to support future growth and innovation.
• Ensure appropriate technology governance, cybersecurity, operational resilience and regulatory compliance frameworks are established and maintained.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field. Postgraduate qualification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Proven experience leading technology, digital transformation, supply chain, logistics, fulfilment or operational transformation initiatives.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Distribution and fulfilment
• Logistics and transportation
• E-commerce or retail supply chain
• Healthcare/pharmaceutical or consumer goods distribution
• Warehousing and inventory management
• Preferred experience in:
• WMS/EWM, TMS and OMS
• Inventory optimization, forecasting and replenishment
• Supply chain analytics and reporting
• Automation, AI and digital platforms
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to solve business and operational challenges.
• Experience building new business capabilities, platforms or operational solutions.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to bridge business, operations and technology teams effectively.
