Job summary

Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Training Specialist - Production Training (Man-Meisters - Dipping). You will create and improve learning resources, organize, deliver, and assess training activities to strengthen skills and operational efficiency.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related field and at least four years in dipping, compounding, packing, engineering, or training roles.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in operational areas (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
• Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in internal and inter-departmental meetings to provide updates, initiate new projects, and gather input from process owners.
• Cascade information to downline teams to drive task understanding, quality, and timely completion.

Prepare structured training and evaluation plans aligned with team objectives and learner requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance learning materials and training modules based on updates and identified needs.
• Plan and execute training sessions aligned with defined learning objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation processes to measure training effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in operational areas (Dipping, Compounding, Packing, Engineering) or training roles.

Production Dipping

• Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of the glove dipping process, including key parameters and common abnormalities.
• Demonstrate familiarity with systems currently used in the dipping process
• Identify potential causes of product failures related to the dipping process.
• Perform hands‑on task involved in the dipping process.
• Identify and classify glove defects accurately.
