Job summary

Vector Aero Group in Malaysia seeks a Training Executive for our Petaling Jaya base. The role focuses on planning, developing, and delivering training for technical and operational staff, ensuring content meets regulatory requirements and company standards.

You will analyze training needs, create materials, coordinate logistics, maintain records, and support onboarding. You will work with department leaders to update competency frameworks and assist audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (TESL).
• Strong training and development skills including needs analysis, curriculum design, and delivery of classroom or workshop-based sessions.
• Competence in documentation and administration, including maintaining training records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical or operational content clearly to diverse audiences.
• Organisational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple training programs, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office and presentation software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Relevant experience in aviation, engineering, or technical operations training is an advantage.

Role Description The Training Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering training programs for technical and operational staff, ensuring that training content aligns with regulatory requirements and company standards. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs analysis, developing training materials and schedules, coordinating trainer and participant logistics, and maintaining training records and documentation. The Training Executive will facilitate classroom and practical sessions, support the onboarding of new team members, and track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Collaboration with department leaders to update competency frameworks and support audits or compliance reviews is also an important part of this role.
